The Signature User Group is a non-profit, independent organization representing over 100 financial institutions using Fiserv Signature's core processing systems.  More than 250 key management leaders from financial institutions throughout the continental US, Hawaii, Latin and South America and Canada will be attending the 2017 Signature User Group Conference and Vendor Showcase at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando from September 18th through September 19th.  The annual conference focuses on technology issues and business solutions in the financial services industry.  We are happy to announce that we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary at this year’s conference.


Sponsorship Opportunities

The Vendor Showcase is limited to 50 vendors.  Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first served basis.  This includes a 10' X 10' booth with a back drape and side drapes, one six foot table, two chairs, identification sign, two exhibitor passes, lead retrieval system and conference app.  Additional exhibitor representatives may register for $500 per person.  Payment must be received prior to the conference in order to reserve a booth.  Booth space will be assigned by the Signature User Group Conference committee.  Vendors are also invited to attend the Tuesday evening activity for an additional $200 per person.  You must register for the Tuesday evening event when you complete the online registration.

Vendors can register as Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsors.  This year we are excited to offer a Platinum Plus sponsorship opportunity.  This sponsorship will include a 95 minute breakout session on Monday or Tuesday.  We have limited spots for this sponsorship level and they will be filled on a first come first served basis. (See details below for the levels of sponsorship).

Vendor Showcase Hours

  • Monday, September  18, 2017     9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.  -  6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 19, 2017     8:00 a.m.  -  2:00 p.m.
Vendor Setup begins Sunday, September 17th from noon until 4 p.m. or Monday, September 18th from 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m.

Vendor Services will be provided by Freeman Decorating Company.  An exhibitor packet containing descriptions and prices of Freeman's rental equipment and exhibitor services will be mailed to you.
